Cohen, Komura hold talks in Tokyo
Japanese Foreign Minister Masahiko Komura (R) and U.S.
Defense Secretary William Cohen shake hands prior to their working
breakfast at a Tokyo hotel Jan. 14. During the 45-minute talks, they
agreed that Japan, the United States and South Korea should send a
''strong'' warning to North Korea to discourage it from testing
missiles, Komura told a news conference later in the morning.
