Two former bank chiefs arrested
Hiroshi Yamauchi (C), former president of the collapsed Hokkaido Takushoku Bank (Takugin), is flanked by policemen as he leaves his home in Sapporo on March 2. Yamauchi was arrested later in the day along with one of his former colleagues on suspicion of breach of trust by causing massive losses to the bank through illegal loans. ==Kyodo
