S. Korea to issue stamps to mark Kim's Nobel Prize

SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea will issue commemorative stamps (above), stamp sheets (below) and stamp albums to mark President Kim Dae Jung's winning of this year's Nobel Peace Prize. The stamps and stamp sheets will be issued Dec. 9, a day ahead of the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony.
