BOJ lowers key rate to 0.1% amid gov't pressure, Fed's move
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa speaks at a news conference at the central bank's headquarters in Tokyo after a two-day meeting of the BOJ's Policy Board. The central bank cut its key interest rate to 0.1 percent from 0.3 percent. (Kyodo)
