      The Japanese Embassy in South Korea unveils to the Japanese press in Seoul on July 28, 2015, half of the wooden signboard of the embassy, split in two in 1974 as a result of violent protests by people angered by the assassination of Yuk Young Soo, the wife of then South Korean President Park Chung Hee, by a pro-Pyongyang Korean resident of Japan using a handgun he stole from a police station in Osaka, western Japan.
