JAL bids farewell to jumbo jet int'l voyage
NARITA, Japan - Japan Airlines employees wave to a Boeing 747 at Narita airport near Tokyo in the evening of Feb. 28, 2011, before the plane leaves for Honolulu in JAL's last international jumbo jet voyage. Its flight back to Narita the following day, along with another flight on a domestic route to the same airport the same day, will mark the finale of the jumbo's scheduled services for JAL, capping the aircraft's more than four decades of service for the national flag carrier.
