Yokohama subway to add 'super' priority seats

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Photo taken March 2, 2012, shows stickers on a Yokohama Municipal Subway train, with a message in Japanese stating that all its passenger seats are priority seats, at Yokohama Station, near Tokyo. The Transportation Bureau of the city offering the only railway service in Japan that designates all its passenger seats as such seats, is planning to introduce in the summer of 2012 ''super'' priority seats after hearing elderly and pregnant women say the seats meant for them are often not given up.
