Korean resident in Japan granted retrial over spy conviction
TOKYO, Japan - Kim Jong Sa, a Korean resident in Chichibu, Saitama Prefecture, in March 2011 shows documents from the Seoul High Court notifying him about a retrial. He said the court has granted the retrial of a case in which he was convicted in South Korea of spying for North Korea in the late 1970s. (Kyodo)
