Japan, India to launch $6 bil. currency swap scheme in spring

NEW DELHI, India - Japanese Finance Minister Fukushiro Nukaga (L) and his Indian counterpart Palaniappan Chidambaram pose for photographers during a meeting in New Delhi on Jan. 4.
