Ozawa says he will stay as No. 2 of DPJ
HIROSHIMA, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, secretary general of the ruling Democratic Party of Japan, acknowledges the crowd before leaving a gathering of the party in the western Japanese city of Hiroshima on Jan. 24, 2010. During the meeting he reiterated he is determined to remain in the ruling party's No. 2 post after being questioned by prosecutors the previous day over alleged accounting irregularities involving his fund management body.
