Hun Sen orders arrest of Sam Rainsy

Cambodian leader Hun Sen, in a press conference in Phnom Penh on Sept. 7, says he has ordered the arrest of political opponent Sam Rainsy for suspected involvement in grenade explosions at Hun Sen's house and allegedly organizing ''illegal'' antigovernment demonstrations. Police said two grenades exploded earlier in the day in the compound of Hun Sen's house in the center of Phnom Penh. A third, found in the compound, did not detonate. No one was hurt. ==Kyodo
