U.S., N. Korea strike a deal
North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye Gwan (L) and

hands at a news conference in New York on March 16 after striking a
deal to allow U.S. access to a suspected underground nuclear facility
in the North. North Korea agreed to a multiple site visits in return
for food aid of up to 600,000 tons.
