Obuchi chosen as one of Japan's 'Best Fathers'
Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi was among seven men chosen June 1
as a ''Best Father.'' The seven ''Yellow Ribbon Award'' recipients

Takekawa. The awards are made annually before Father's Day, which
falls on June 20 this year.
