TOKYO, Japan - Nearly half a million train passengers in the Tokyo region are stranded late Aug. 24 and early Aug. 25 after lightning knocked out power lines supplying electricity to rail services. Photo shows passengers waiting for JR's Chuo line to resume operation at Nakano station at 12:30 a.m. on Aug. 25.
