Kite-flying festival held in Osaka
NEYAGAWA, Japan - Adults and children run to launch a big kite featuring two sea breams, the symbol of good fortune, in a kite-flying festival in Neyagawa, Osaka Prefecture, on Nov. 7. The festival, with 500 fliers of 900 kites, big and small, taking part, commemorates the 30th anniversary of a nationwide association of kite lovers.
