Rowing boat race held in Phnom Penh

PHNOM PEHN, Cambodia - A three-day rowing competition opens on the Tonle Sap River in Phnom Pehn on Nov. 21. Some 400 boats from throughout the nation are taking part in the races over a 2-kilometer course. The regatta is part of the annual water festival to pray for a good rice harvest.
