Prosecutors raid Osaka Gov. Yokoyama's office
OSAKA, Japan - Public prosecutors enter the office of Osaka Gov. Knock Yokoyama on Dec. 20 to search in connection with a criminal complaint filed against the governor by a female college student. They simultaneously searched Yokoyama's official residence. The 21-year-old women alleges Yokoyama, 67, sexually assaulted her in the back of a campaign vehicle during his election campaign in April. Prosecutors have questioned the governor about the allegations.
