Mets' Valentine in Japan to promote season openers
TOKYO, Japan - Holding a sheet of logo marks, New York Mets Manager Bobby Valentine speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on Jan. 12 to promote a two-game series between his team and the Chicago Cubs that will mark the first time official major league baseball games have been played in Japan. The season-opening games will be played at Tokyo Dome on March 29 and 30.
