Miyazawa urges continuation of fiscal policy to spur recovery

TOKYO, Japan - Finance Minister Kiichi Miyazawa delivers his policy speech in the Diet (paliament) on Jan. 28. He said the government should maintain an aggressive fiscal policy to stir a genuine rebound in the world's second largest economy.
