FSA launches office to clamp down on moneylaundering
TOKYO, Japan - Jin Murai, parliamentary vice minister in charge of the Financial Supervisory Agency (FSA), puts the plate of the agency's new Financial Intelligence Management Office, which was launched Feb. 1. The office is charged with gathering and analyzing information on financial transactions in which moneylaundering is suspected.
