Security officers, police inspect AUM facility
SANWA, Japan - Police officers and Public Security Investigation Agency officials prepare to enter the AUM Shinrikyo cult's printing factory in Sanwa, Ibaraki Prefecture, northeast of Tokyo, on Feb. 4. The agency and police, which started searching AUM facilities in five prefectures during the day, have gained permission from the Public Security Examination Commission to search these AUM premises under a law enacted in December to crack down on the cult.
