Nissho Iwai to spin off information business division

TOKYO, Japan - Shiro Yasutake (L), president of Nissho Iwai Corp., announces the trading company will spin off its information industry division by transferring all the division's operations to a wholly owned subsidiary, ITX Corp. Shintaro Hirata (R), chief of the division, will become chief executive officer of ITX.
