Saudi minister speaks on oil prices
TOKYO, Japan - Saudi Petroleum and Mineral Resources Minister Ali Ibrahim al-Nuaimi speaks at an energy symposium in Tokyo on Feb. 16. He said he considers the ''reasonable'' crude oil price is the average of those in past six months. The benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI) March crude futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYME) soared above $30 per barrel this week, higher than the average in the past six months of around $25 a barrel.
