Japan, China start ministerial talks on fisheries
BEIJING, China - Japan and China begin a two-day ministerial meeting in Beijing on Feb. 26 in an attempt to make a breakthrough in a dispute with China over the implementation of a 1997 bilateral fisheries treaty. Japan's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Tokuichiro Tamazawa (L) shakes hands with Chinese Agriculture Minister Chen Yaobang (R) prior to their talks.
