U.S.-N. Korean high-level talks continue
NEW YORK, United States - North Korea's Vice Foreign Minister Kim Gye Gwan enters the U.S. Mission to the United Nations in New York on March 9. High-level talks between the United States and North Korea are aimed at reaching a settlement to realize in April the first-ever visit to Washington by a high-ranking North Korean official. Kim told reporters that the talks have been earnest but asked them to wait until he can unveil the discussions' outcome. He made the comment during a break on the third day of talks.
