Dutch performance artist does show at Tokyo intersection

TOKYO, Japan - A Dutch performance artist wrapped a busy Tokyo intersection up in a web of red-and-white tape at night on March 11 before being escorted away by police. Iepe Rubingh, 25, and his supporters created a web of tape in the intersection in front of JR Shibuya Station and the artist stood on a box at the center of the web and blew a whistle for three minutes.
