Disabled best-selling author graduates from university

TOKYO, Japan, - Hirotada Ototake (L) graduates ON March 25 at Waseda University in Tokyo. Born in 1976 virtually without arms and legs, Ototake published 'Gotai Fumanzoku' (No One's Perfect), about his life, in 1998. The book has sold some 4.5 million copies since its publication.
