TOKYO, Japan - The Dalai Lama (R) shakes hands with Yukio Hatoyama, head of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan, at a welcoming reception for Tibet's exiled spiritual leader in Tokyo on April 13. The Dalai Lama arrived in Japan earlier in the day to give sermons and lectures.
