Japanese sculptor makes mark in Sydney

SYDNEY, Australia - Japanese sculptor Kimio Tsuchiya points to his work which was unveiled April 18 at Sydney's Botanic Gardens. Sydney Lord Mayor Frank Sartor said Tsuchiya's work is part of the city council's attempt to bring modern art into the central business district.
