Japan unveils 8-point proposal at UN NPT review session
NEW YORK, United States - Japanese State Foreign Secretary Ichita Yamamoto addresses the opening-day session of the U.N. conference to review implementation of the 1968 Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) on April 24. He unveiled an eight-point proposal aimed at breathing new life to the world's nuclear non-proliferation regime, including a moratorium of all nuclear weapon tests.
