Police raid Tokyo Sowa Bank

TOKYO, Japan - Police investigators walk into the head office of the failed Tokyo Sowa Bank in Tokyo's Akasaka on May 11 on suspicion of cooking up a scheme to falsely show the bank had adequate capital reserves. The bank went bankrupt last June.
