Asahi to pull out from integration with Sanwa, Tokai

TOKYO, Japan - Asahi Bank President Tatsuro Ito speaks at a news conference June 15 on his bank's decision to pull out of a planned integration of operations with two other major commercial banks -- Tokai Bank and Sanwa Bank.
