EPA upgrades economic assessment for 2nd straight month
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (standing) greets members of his cabinet June 20 as he takes seat to work on an Economic Planning Agency (EPA) monthly report for June. The EPA upgraded its assessment of the Japanese economy for the second consecutive month, saying it is gradually moving toward an autonomous recovery.
