Albright speaks at Miyazaki hall named after her
MIYAZAKI, Japan - U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright delivers a lecture at ''Albright Hall'' in Miyazaki on July 30 after attending a ceremony to name the new civic hall after her. Albright skipped the July 12-13 meeting of foreign ministers from the Group of Eight powers held at Miyazaki, southwestern Japan, due to the Mideast peace talks at Camp David, Maryland. She arrived in Japan on July 29 after attending a ministerial meeting of the ASEAN Regional Forum in Bangkok.
