SHIZUOKA, Japan - The town of Gotenba as viewed from the top of Mt. Fuji on Aug. 3 is one of real-time scenes people can now enjoy by accessing a Web site opened by the Shizuoka branch office of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone West Corp. The Web site (http://www.shizuoka.isp.ntt-west.co.jp/) gives people a chance to see panoramic views taken by a camera attached to the roof of a building housing a telephone exchange near the summit of the 3,776-meter mountain.
