JAKARTA, Indonesia - Photo shows the building that houses the office of ''Yayasan (Foundation) Supersemar,'' one of former President Suharto's charity foundations. The Asahan Development Authority, which supervises the biggest Indonesian power plant and aluminum project funded by Japanese official assistance, was found Aug. 23 on a list of donors to the foundation.
