GENEVA, Switzerland - U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Sadako Ogata meets Kyodo News for an interview on Sept. 29. Ogata said Jakarta's efforts to improve security in West Timor, where three UNHCR workers were slain earlier this month, are still insufficient to warrant a resumption of humanitarian assistance in the region.
