SYDNEY, Australia - Japanese ace pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka (No. 18) who turned in 10 solid innings in Japan's preliminary round game with the United States at the Sydney Olympics heads off the field in disappointment as Japan fell 4-2 on a ''sayonara'' homer in the 13th inning on Sept. 17.
