Ship runs aground near Naha airport, blocking planes

NAHA, Japan - A cargo ship runs aground on a reef near Okinawa's Naha airport (in background) Sept. 28, temporarily disrupting incoming flights. The Taiwan-registered, 12,406-ton Uni Moral hit a reef 850 meters north of the end of a runway and prevented aircraft from landing for about two hours. The photo was provided by the Japan Coast Guard.
