Nobel laureate calls for more exchanges among scientists
TOKYO, Japan - Hideki Shirakawa, co-winner of the 2000 Nobel Prize in chemistry, speaks at the Foreign Correspondents Club of Japan on Oct. 20. He called for enhanced exchanges between scientists in Japan and overseas to create an environment stimulating enough to make innovative discoveries.
