Estrada's accuser speaks to journalists

MANILA, the Philippines - Luis Singson, governor of Ilocos Sur in the northern Philippines, speaks to foreign journalists in Manila on Oct. 26. The whistle blower in the multimillion dollar bribery scandal involving President Joseph Estrada said alleged bribes from illegal gambling were ''just the tip of the iceberg'' and Estrada and his cronies made more money through shady deals with government-run firms.
