EPA slightly downgrades economic assessment

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori (R) presides over a meeting of his economic ministers Nov. 10 convened to discuss the Economic Planning Agency's monthly report for November. EPA slightly downgraded its assessment of the Japanese economy for the first time in 26 months.
