Estrada lawyers file motion to dismiss impeachment case

MANILA, Philippines - A group of lawyers representing Philippine President Joseph Estrada hold a news conference in Manila on Nov. 24 after filing before the Senate a motion to dismiss the impeachment case against Estrada. The motion asserts the impeachment complaint did not comply with the rule requiring a one-third vote of the 218-member lower chamber.
