Ex-Construction Minister Nakao pleads guilty in bribery trial

TOKYO, Japan - Former Construction Minister Eiichi Nakao heads for the opening hearing of his trial at the Tokyo District Court on Dec. 11 in a wheelchair. He is pleading guilty to taking 60 million yen in bribes from Wakachiku Construction Co. in 1996.
