Hyundai Motor unveils car prices for Japan market

TOKYO, Japan - File photo shows the minivan Trajet, made by South Korea's largest carmaker Hyundai Motor Co. On Dec. 18, Hyundai Motor disclosed the prices of its cars due to go on sale in Japan from January 2001. The Trajet will be priced from 1,799,000 yen, the compact sedan Elantra from 1,299,000 yen, and the sport-utility vehicle Santa Fe from 1,777,000 yen.
