Panel proposes breakup of NTT unless competition is boosted

TOKYO, Japan - Sho Nasu (L), chairman of the Telecommunications Council, a government advisory panel, hands a report to issued a report Posts and Telecommunications Minister Toranosuke Katayama on Dec. 21.
