U.N. Secretary General Annan arrives in Japan
TOKYO, Japan - U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan (L) arrives in Tokyo on Jan. 22 for a four-day visit and scheduled talks to discuss U.N.-related issues with Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori and other government leaders. The trip, Annan's fourth to Japan and first since November 1999, follows his visit to China, where he held talks with Chinese President Jiang Zemin.
