Japanese team begins rescue efforts in quake disaster
AHMEDABAD, India - A Japanese team of disaster relief and medical experts arrives in Ahmedabad, the largest city in Gujarat Province, western India, on Jan. 30. The 12-member team soon joined international efforts to rescue victims from the violent Jan. 26 earthquake.
