U.S. envoy hopes for continued progress on Okinawa bases
NAHA, Japan - Outgoing U.S. Ambassador to Japan Thomas Foley (L) talks with Okinawa Gov. Keiichi Inamine at the prefectural government's office in Naha on Feb. 2.
