Japan assures Manila of $515 million yen loan package+
MANILA - Japanese Senior Vice Foreign Minister Seishiro Eto (2nd from R) assures Philippine President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo (L) at the presidential palace in Manila on Feb. 12 that Tokyo is ready to approve some $515 million in soft loans under the 24th yen-loan package for the Philippines.
